We ship to all EU countries! - The minimum order is € 5,00 with shipping costs of € 3,50 for certified post. Shipping is free as of € 50,00.

1 Shipments

Shipments are send by Express Messenger. The minimum amount of the value of articles for an order and free shipping rates per country are listed at the bottom. Click here to see the overview of conditions per country.

1.2   Delivery address

Orders are shipped to the address as indicated in the fill out form completing the order.

1.3   Delivery period

Between three (3) and nine (9) working days for Europe and up till 14 workings days for South America. Your order will leave our warehouse with a maximum of 48 hours if all products are en stock (normal) up to 5 working days if one or more products are not in stock (exception). Added should be the applicable time of 48 hours for the messenger service.

1.3   Exhausted products

When a product is exhausted, Créate will process its reimbursement according to the payment method that has used to realize the purchase within seven (7) days after shipping your order. The products available will be sent according to and as indicated in your order. If you choose to pay through bank transfer and we have not received your payment yet, we will inform you per email about the new total you should transfer.

1.4   Order changes

In case you want to add products after having placed you order, please do so by placing a new order. After this please send an email to indicating the order numbers of the orders to be joint. In case the order value of these orders exceeds the minimum order amount for free shipment, the already paid shipments costs will be reimbursed according to the payment method that has been used to realise the purchase, deducing € 0,60 administration costs.

1.5   Cancellation

In case you want to cancel your order or one or more ordered articles, please do so as quick as possible by calling us at +34 964 82 7272 or sending an email to  If and only if you order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel the order or articles as indicated. Créate will reimburse the value of articles according to the payment method that has used to realise the purchase, deducting € 0.60 of administration costs

1.5.1  Cancellation affecting the total of your order for free shipment

In case the value of the initial order applied for free shipment drops beneath the minimum amount applicable because of the cancellation of one or more articles, € 0,60 of administration costs and the costs of shipment applicable will be deduced of the amount to be reimbursed. In case the value of the cancelled products is not equal or lower than the sum of the administration and shipment costs, reimbursement will be null. It is the client's responsibility to decide whether or not made cancellation is to his or her benefit.

2 Returns

2.1   Orders will be shipped closely reviewed, properly packed and protected to avoid any breakage or damage.

2.2   The client is expected to inspect received products exhaustively

to verify that they respond the articles as ordered and agreed upon. The client is aware of and accepts possible small differences in measure and colour with respect to products shown on the website. In case the products do not correspond with the articles as ordered and agreed upon, CRÉATE has to be notified in writing as soon as possible and no later than seven (7) labour days after the delivery or reasonable space of time to detect the anomalies.

2.3   In case and for what reason so ever the client does not wish one or more of the received products,

the client will have the right to return the product within seven (7) labour days after date of reception. Returns will only be accepted if the products are unused and in perfect state. The products will have to be returned in their original package and without opening. Before returning the product, it is the obligation of the client to communicate this by email to

2.4   In proved and demonstrated case that the products do not correspond with the agreed upon,

CRÉATE will have the option to replace these products or to reimburse the value of the same.

2.5   CRÉATE will accept the return of merchandise only if

sent return by certified letter or package, indicating client name and invoicenumber.

2.6   In case the client exerts the right mentioned in previous sections 2.3 and 2.4

and fulfilling the mentioned obligations in 2.5, CRÉATE will return the amount paid by the client within 14 days of the reception of the return according to the payment method that client has used to realise the purchase.

2.7   The Customer is responsible for the costs of the shipment

and holds the risk of returning products until CRÉATE has received them.

After placing your order and having chosen bank transfer or deposit as way of payment, you will receive an email containing our bank account details and other necessary details and instructions to guarantee successful payment of your order. There is no need to inform us about your transaction since we have continuous access to our payment system and hence will be informed quickest possible of the proper reception of your payment.
