长期从事枯草芽孢杆菌重组蛋白表达、基因编辑系统构建、功能糖生物合成等相关方面研究。近年来以第一及通讯作者在Advanced Science、Chemical Engineering Journal、Annual Review of Food Science and Technology和Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等权威期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,申请专利14件,授权9件。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家自然科学基金面上基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、企业横向项目等。承担研究生课程《生物大分子的结构与功能》、《高级细胞生物学》、《高级生物化学》等课程教学。获中国商业联合会科技进步奖1项。
